The Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, together with The Gambia Tourism Board, on Monday, 28th July, 2025, held a fruitful discussion with the top Management of Air Senegal.
The meeting, held at The Gambia Tourism Board’s conference room in Kotu, aimed to discuss the progress on the domestication of the Banjul-Dakar route, which intends to make air connectivity between the two countries more accessible, thus enhancing tourism, trade, and cultural exchanges within the subregion.
Officials of both countries expressed satisfaction with the level of progress in making this collaboration a reality.
The meeting was attended by Honourable Abdoulie Jobe, Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mr. Amie Njie, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mr. Abubacarr S. Camara, Director General, Gambia Tourism Board and some senior staff members of The Gambia Tourism Board.
